You set the limit.

Your limit is the most you’ll pay, unless you choose to increase it.

Choose your maximum monthly spend. Your limit applies to the amount payable after the 5% credit. You only pay for the completed chats you use.

We alert you as you approach your limit. If the remaining budget cannot cover another chat, new billable chats pause and visitors can leave an enquiry through a contact form.

30-day proof of concept

Prove it on your website.

We set up your chosen chat service for free and agree a spending limit for the full 30 days. You can see your completed chats and running total throughout.

Choose to continue

Pay for the completed chats used during the proof of concept, including your 5% credit. Normal usage billing then continues.
