This mainly B2B service aims to grow the clients’ databases while researching the decision makers and influencers of targeted prospect clients. At the same time we will ask the prospect for permission to send emails and thus gain the required permission.

Below is an outline of how the service will work.

  • We start by building a raw database of as many prospects as possible. This is done by extracting databases from our clients as well as researching database suppliers and the internet.
  • Once we have that database, we create a CRM account and start phoning each prospect to see if they are the correct person, or who the correct person or people may be. This is the research phase
  • We work with the client to create a 12-month opt-in email campaign that will be 100% automated
  • We ask for permission to email them and begin an opt-in email campaign.
  • While we have the prospects on the phone, we ask if they would like a face to face meeting with our client and set that up accordingly
  • We add our live chat to our client’s websites and act as a sales assistant or smart receptionist inside their websites.
  • Our agents then capture and escalate leads, or steer visitors to sales online. This tactic is determined by our clients and we follow their procedures.
  • Our agents are also able to give basic quotes and assist visitors with backend access to any cloud tool our client uses.

We are also able to assist with blog posts and content creation for the above-mentioned email campaigns, Google AdWords and Facebook advertising.
